     interested in beef. With large demand ,every year we need to import beef from other contries with huge quantity to meet China
    market.As one of the main imported contry ,Brazil beef also highly recognized by Chinese and can meet the need of 
    every grade in China market.

    In Brizal,beef production is very high,as climate and geographical environment are very suitable for the growth of cattle. Of course there are someone think that , why do we import from Brizal ,why doesn't raise ourselves,as China's land area is larger than Brazil's,and the climate in many areas is also suitable for the growth of cattle?


    We can get the reason simply from the way  of raising cattle by Brizal.The quantity of cattle in Brizal do not under control,they will raise as many cattle as they can reproduce, this makes more and more ranches.What is more ,high quality beef need natural forage which are different with other animals , this also lead the result of wasteland which also the reason Chinese do not want to raise cattle.

    As overgrazing, many grasslands into wasteland and gradually turned them into deserts which also reasulted in the situation of yellow sand all over the sky appears,that is why the north of China is often attacked by sandstorm. Based on  that situation , we  do not dare raise cattle like Brizal  , we can only raise with small size to protect environment.

    Three main differences between imported beef and Chinese beef
    1.Prodcution: Domestic beef is slaughtered and sold without deacidification. Foreign countries strictly control food safety and quality standards, especially meat products;
    2.Feeding method: domestic retail households, small scale, high cost, poor breeding environment, and even some add feed containing additives.     Important notice issued by the National Health Commission : 

    The National Health Commission has ordered meat processing plants in China to clearly identify the sources of their poultry and livestock meat and only accept imports that have obtained negative test results for the novel coronavirus.

    Meat producers are also required to ramp up cleansing and disinfection of storage facilities, shipping vehicles, packaging and other equipment, the commission said in a guideline released on July 23th. 

    Recently, meat processing companies in Europe and the United States such as Germany, the United Kingdom and other European and American countries have successively experienced cluster outbreak,The slaughter, segmentation, storage, packaging and other workplaces are mostly densely staffed low-temperature closed environments,there is a great risk of virus transmission.

    To fend off the risk from overseas producers, the country has suspended meat imports from 23 foreign companies as of July 10,  according to the General Administration of Customs。

    According to the guideline, meat producers in medium-to high-risk areas are required to take five samples each from their slaughtering, dissecting and packaging plants for nucleic acid tests daily. Those in low-risk areas are required to collect environmental samples for tests at least once a week.

    orkers should stay at least 1 meter from each other on top of taking regular personal protective measures, including taking temperatures, wearing masks and washing hands frequently.

    2.Contract, packaging list , Bill of lading , Original Certification and also health certification.
    3."Entry animal and Plant Quarantine License of the people's Republic of China" and original HC are  required for edible animal 
    and plant products that need pproval of Entry Animal and Plant Quarantine .
    4.Chinese label recorded in advance, reviewed the Chinese label sample, the translation of the sample and other relevant documents are required for importing pre-packaged goods which need accept inspection and quarantine.

    Requirement for the packaging and label for importing meat
    1. Outside packaging
       1)clear,dry,mold-free,odorless and not easy to break
       2)No Iron material including for the carton,but including the label of the exported.
       3)Item,specification , original batch number , production date , expire date,storage tempreture,plant No., and destination
          marked China are should be write on the label in Chinese. 

    2.Non-toxic and harmless new materials should be used for the inner packaging, and  origin, product name,item, plant No.,
    batch number are marked on the inside label which should be same with out side label.

    3.The packaging should not contain expressions such as "not suitable for human consumption", "for industrial use only" or 
    "for feed use only" which indicates not for human consumption。
