In order to ensure the safe supply of meat in the domestic market during the COVID-19 pandemic, the customs has taken various measures to expand imports. What procedures and precautions are required for the import declaration of frozen meat?

Procedures and material are  required for importing frozen meat;
1.rights for import and export.
2.Certificate of origin,sales contract ,BL, PL
3.Check registered plant No,check the meat list that allowed imported,Meet the requirements of evaluation and review,and also check the label
4.Record for domestic importing and applicate for "animal and plant quarantine license".
5.Appoint port and warehouse ,supervise and inspect at inspection sites,and import after passing the inspection and quarantine.

Qualifications required for import declaration of frozen meat
1.Enterprise need the rights for import and export
2.Enterprise must have recorded for  food consignees 
3.Enterprise need meat circulation license
4.Enterprise need the rights for the meat importing
5.Enterpsise pass  meat importing record

Requirement for the packaging and label for importing meat
1. Outside packaging
   1)clear,dry,mold-free,odorless and not easy to break
   2)No Iron material including for the carton,but including the label of the exported.
   3)Item,specification , original batch number , production date , expire date,storage tempreture,plant No., and destination
      marked China are should be write on the label in Chinese. 

2.Non-toxic and harmless new materials should be used for the inner packaging, and  origin, product name,item, plant No.,
batch number are marked on the inside label which should be same with out side label.

3.The packaging should not contain expressions such as "not suitable for human consumption", "for industrial use only" or 
"for feed use only" which indicates not for human consumption。
