Cattle of our contry has many specices .  Qinchuan cattle, Jinnan cattle, Nanyang cattle, Luxi cattle and Yanbian cattle are known as top five fine-bred cattle breeds in our country. We also imported fine cattle breeds (both Wagyu Angus), from species of cattle, the quality is relatively good.Unfortunately, due to weekness of breeding,management, and distribution, the quality of beef is unstable. For example, the rate of high-quality meat carefully raised abroad is much higher than that of domestic with same species of wagyu.And it is difficult to classify beef professions at the time of slaughter as lack of professional slaughter house which very are different with Australia, North America and other countries,these contries has strict classification systems.

The slowdown in economic growth affects beef consumption. At some extant,the slowdown in China’s economic growth has affected domestic beef consumption , but the beef consumption from the middle and high income groups  will continue topromote beef imports.

North America mainly depends on the United States and Canada. The two countries have similarities in beef trade. Many beef cattle raised in Canada and slaughted in the United States .The grades are all named after PRIME.Both countries use grain as main feed . The US grain feed is  corn. Corn is said to give beef the sweetness of corn. Few ultra-high days of grain-fed beef in the United States as a large amount of corn feed will cause hidden health risk for cattle . The existing cattle breeds in Canada are mainly Angus which are raised by grain .Due to the large temperature difference between day and night in its environment, it is more suitable for beef fat deposition.

Beef from Brazil, Argentina, and Uruguay can often be seen on the Chinese market. South America is an important area for animal husbandry and also produces high-quality beef products. But due to the long distance,The market is basically frozen products.

Brazil, as the world's largest beef exporter, continues to increase beef exports. Brazilian cattle breeds are mainly Brahman and natural grass-fed. Brazilian beef exporting is boost by Real Exchange rates, high beef sales prices of China, and sluggish economic conditions 70% of Uruguayan beef is exported. China is Uruguay’s largest exporter. This year’s inventory is about 210 million heads, mainly grazing in natural open-air fences.90% of Argentine beef is used for domestic digestion, and 55% of its land area is pasture. This year's stock is about 60 million heads. Natural open-air fence grazing is used for grazing.The main breeds are Angus and Heifd cattle.
